One day in October 2007, a malicious incident aimed at a child when watching TV

was covered in the news. A tenant who used to be a nursery teacher said,

“Now there are more nuclear families and there are many co-working houses. From

that word, it is positioned as a “watching party” and is also used for local

watching and garbage collection activities. By attaching an armband, “Wow! The

smile and motivation for the resident’s outing also increased. Numerous contact is

born by activity. Millet leaves were in bloom on the road. The locals said, “What

is this name? “This is the leaves of the fish, and it ’s cut into eight, so it

’s the fish and the moon. I eat trefoil, but this is hard. I’ve never eaten it.

“Hahahahaha ~” was answered, and the local community said, “I learned.” In

addition, the garbage open will also be grateful. I was glad to see the residents’

energetic activities, and I was able to give the local people the energy to live

tomorrow.

平成19年10月のある日、テレビを見ていると子供が狙われた悪質な事件がニュースで取り上げられていました。昔保母さんをされていた入居者様が『今は、核家族が増えていってるでしょ、共働きの家も多いから、近所の皆が子供を守っていかないといけないと私は思うんですよ』と話されその言葉から『見守り隊』と位置付けて、地域の見守りとゴミひらい活動も併せて行っています。腕章をつけることにより『わぁ～！こりゃ～しっかりせ～なあかんな』と入居者様の外出に対する笑顔と意欲も増えました。活動により数々のふれあいが生まれます。道にヤツデの葉が咲いていました。地域の方が『これ、なんていう名前やろう？』と話され、入居者様が『これは、ヤツデの葉っぱや、八つに切れちょるやろ、だから、ヤツデとゆ～んや。三つ葉は食べたりもするけど、これは、硬いわ。食べたことないけどな。ハハハハハ～』と答えられ、地域の方に『勉強になった』と言われました。また、ゴミひらいは、感謝の言葉も頂きます。そして、入居者様の元気な活動をみて喜んで頂き『自分もがんばらないと』と地域の方に、明日への生きる気力も渡すことができました。

“I am home” is magic word.Care without drug therapy.

BPSD, such as angry and walking around, is an action for some reason for people with dementia. In care that relies on stabilizers, the feelings of people with dementia are hidden in the BPSD. In our home, I want to protect not only the joy and happiness of residents but also the feelings of anger and anxiety I  continue to challenge as the title care without drug. Tenant A is one of the most frequent rants in BPSD. “You are killing me.” and “I’m thinking you try to kill me” He  sometimes spoke hard words. In such a situation, even when Mr. A was angry, I discovered that if the staff spoke “I ’m right now”, he would return “Welcome” in a warm voice. The word “I am in home” is used casually by staff members who thought home was like home. It seems that it was a family word that can be reassured even for Mr. A who says “My home is the best” when feeling good. With these words, you can switch the mood of A. Stabilizer medicine was used once for the intensity of A’s BPSD to the Mr. A. When he  took the stabilizer, he said that “I am feeling uncomfortable” , then  immediately we stopped it. We will aim to become a well managed group home that can protect the tenants and keep our mind the word of  Mr. A.
